An award-winning entrepreneur, intrapreneur, and community organiser, Ryan helps purpose-driven companies and leaders build, scale and nurture genuine communities within their teams, customer bases and audiences. Particularly using IRL events as an enabler for connection.
Ryan is an 12-handicapped golfer, mental health and carer advocate, few-time angel investor, trustee, speaker and writer based in London.

- Consulting on: Gen Z, Innovation and Go-To-Market, Marketing and Communications, Diversity and Inclusion and the Future of Work operations and policymaking.
- Speaking, Writing. I share my insights on the future of work and my own mental health and caring journey.
- Facilitation and Moderation: I facilitate research, moderate panels and host podcasts. As well as full-service team offsites.
- Investing: If you’re a pre-seed or seed stage startup (usually EdTech, Future of Work, or FinTech) - let’s chat! I’m currently writing 1-3 cheques a year usually via an EIS crowdfund.
